Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship all orders within 3–5 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay, no extra handling fees. 

Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and any potential carrier delays.

Estimated Delivery Times

UK: 4-7 business days after dispatch

USA, CA, and AU: 5-9 business days after dispatch

EU: 6-12 business days after dispatch

Lost, Damaged & Delayed Shipments
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact us within 14 days so we can open an investigation with the carrier. If items arrive damaged, retain all packaging and photos of damage and email our support team— we will replace or refund the item.

Address Changes & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment; an additional shipping fee will apply.

Peak-Season Processing
During high-volume periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), processing may take up to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience.
