Shipping Cost:
- Orders over $50 ship free.
- Orders under $50 incur a flat $7 shipping fee.
Processing Time:
- We process and dispatch all orders within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Estimated Delivery:
- UK Standard: 4-7 business days after dispatch
- International USA, CA, and AU: 5-9 business days after dispatch
Tracking:
You’ll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Return Window:
- You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Condition Requirements:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- If the product is defective or damaged on arrival, contact us within 14 days of delivery; keep all packaging and take photos of the damage
How to Initiate:
- Email us at info@lunestre.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- We’ll send you a return shipping label (if within the UK) or instructions for international returns (customer pays return postage).
Refunds & Exchanges:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds (minus original shipping, unless faulty) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Exchanges are processed as a new order; if the replacement item costs more, we’ll invoice the difference.

- Click that link to see real-time updates (e.g., “In transit,” “Out for delivery,” “Delivered”).
