How much is shipping, and how fast does it arrive?
Shipping cost
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders – no minimum spend.
- There are no extra handling fees; the price you see at checkout is the final price.
Processing time
- We process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Estimated delivery times
- United Kingdom: approx. 5–7 business days
- Europe: approx. 5–12 business days
- United States, Canada, and Australia: approx. 5–9 business days
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, or busy holiday periods.

Returns & Exchanges
Return window: You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Condition requirements: Items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, lingerie, bodysuits, hosiery, swimwear, and intimate items are non-returnable, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Faulty or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Keep all packaging and send clear photos of the issue so we can review it quickly.
How to start a return: Email support@lunestre.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
We will provide a UK return label where applicable, or international return instructions. For international returns, the customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds: Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges: Exchanges are processed as a new order. If the replacement item costs more, we will send an invoice for the price difference before dispatch.
