Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Returns are accepted for dresses and accessories only.
For a return to be accepted:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
- All tags must still be attached
- Items must be returned in the original packaging
For hygiene reasons, lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, stockings, and intimate items cannot be returned unless the item is defective or sent in error.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please allow a few business days for the amount to appear in your account.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error.
